I had a wonderful time at Hotel Mercure Quemado. The hotel located right on the beach, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the water. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served delicious food with variety options. The hotel also has a pool, a spa, and a fitness center for guests to enjoy. I loved exploring the nearby park and the city of AL Hoceima. I would definitely recommend this hotel to enyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Morocco 🇲🇦

We wanted to leave a review after my friends and I were so well looked after at the beautiful hotel :). Everyone is soooo friendly! Thank you so much in particular to Azeddine and Soufiane in the restaurant for always saying hello and looking after us as much as possible, you can see they do their jobs with so much love and love doing their best for their guests. Beautiful location, hotel rooms and breakfast at restaurant are a let down.

The views from this hotel are amazing, the lake is stunning and the facilities just outside of the hotel by the lake are great. The hotel location is the most positive point for this hotel. The bedrooms are outdated and not the cleanest. Outside the room is a very dirty balcony with seagull droppings a regular but understandable occurrence. This is unfortunately not cleaned and it does make the enjoyment of the balcony somewhat compromised. The shower in the bathroom is again a little unkept with some mould appearing in some areas. The worst part of a hotel that really lets it down is the breakfast area in the hotel. Completely disorganised, with the slowest coffee machines (there are two of them) and they frequently cause large queues where you have to wait for a long time just to get your coffee. (It’s self service buffet at breakfast). On some days you may find that you have to queue and wait until you can enter the restaurant for breakfast although this is not usually more than 10 mins when this does happen. Staff seem to run around aimlessly with no clear direction as to what they are supposed to be doing. (My wife and I did travel in the 2nd week of August - peak season) but no excuse.Other than that, the staff are generally friendly and helpful and the hotel location as I’ve already said does make up for the other negative points.

The rooms and the view are awesome. The hotel could use some cleaning in the common areas. Dirty windows, and beach walkway. Restaurant food was OK, a bit expensive for what you get. I would go again.

I hold my engagement ceremony end of May at the hotel’s Pool. Sanae and her team made my day magical, everything was prepared as expected. Everyone was ready to help and the cook prepared and presented the food with « love ». He has done together wih his team a wonderful set up. My friends and family really liked the food quality and the detailled orientation of the staff. Thank you Mercure of being a part of my fairytale ❤️ If the time gets back, I will do exactly the same decision
