저는 Accor Hotel의 Platinum 멤버로 투숙을 30일 이상 합니다. 저번 투숙 기간동안 Room upgrade를 요청하였고, 특정일 이후에 Upgrade를 해준다고 하였습니다 하지만 호텔에서 통보한 Upgrade당일 Room upgrade는 3일밖에 사용할수 없다는 회신이 왔습니다. 이런한 상황을 미리 알려주진 못한 호텔 측에 작은 실망감이 있습니다 전체적인 서비스는 좋았습니다.

90일 정도 숙박을 하였고, 베트남 Mrecure에서 지내는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 다만 Lounge Service가 아직 운영되지 않아서 아쉽습니다. 그리고 일부 객실에 샤워 부스에 배수구 막힘이 자주 일어나고, 샤워기 수압이 약해서 조금 불편하였습니다. 하지만 쾌적한 침대/깔끔한 객실은 편안함을 더해 주었습니다.

장점이 많은 호텔이기 때문에 베트남 출장 시 머큐어 호텔에서만 머무릅니다. 하지만, 개선해야 할 점들에 대해서 투숙경험을 기입하는 것이 향후 머큐어 호텔에 도움이 될 것이라고 생각하기 때문에 개선할 점을 기입하도록 하겠습니다. 1. 엘리베이터가 3대 뿐이지만, 보통 2대만 가동되고 있고, 출근시간에는 대기 시간이 너무 길다. 2. Room 클리닝은 매일 하지만, 시트교체는 매일 하지 않는 것에 대한 개선 필요 (매일 교체를 할 필요는 없지만, 투숙객이 뭔가 표시를 해놓으면 교체를 하는 방식도 괜찮을 듯..) 3. Room 클리닝은 매일 하지만, 바닥(카페트) 클리닝 상태 개선 필요 4. Room 내 습도가 높아서 제습기, 에어컨, 송풍기를 사용해도 습기 제거는 되지 않는 점 개선 필요 (뽀송뽀송한 침구류에서 잠을 청하고 싶습니다.) 5. 6F 레스토랑 메뉴를 몇개월간 먹다보니 약간 식상해지고 있기 때문에, 간헐적으로 메뉴 추가나 변경하는 것도 괜찮을 듯..
