Ibis budget Frankfurt City Ost - Frankfurt- A female front desk receptionist was very rude

We stay here for 2 nights. When we arrived in this hotel the lady reception was very rude to us. She asked for my name during check in, I told her that perhaps I can give her my booking number which is easy for her because my name is written in the confirmation, because foreign name perhaps is difficult to understand she still requested my name in very rude way, then I told her my name but she could not get then we fought for a bit during checked in I have been spent 10 days in Europe this trip, a mong 1 week in Germany. I have booked in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Singen, Geneva, Nice and Paris all with Ibis but on this Frankfurt hotel has the worst receptionist Will never book this hotel again. Nevertheless, I’m a member of Accor.

역사 근처, 트램 및 버스 정류장과 매우 가까워서 이동이 수월했습니다. 수퍼마켓, 빵집, 음식점이 가깝고, 사람들 이동이 많은 동네에 호텔이 위치해 있어서 안전하고 편리했습니다. 객실은 넓고 깔끔했고, 매일 청소서비스를 받을 수 있었습니다.

숙소 바로 앞에서 11번만 타면 주변 관광지나 센트럴로 바로 갈 수 있어서 위치는 굉장히 편리했습니다! 걸어서 가까운 위치에 큰 레베 매장과 DM, 코인세탁방이 있어서 좋았어요! 또 전자레인지도 언제든지 쓸 수 있어서 편리했습니다! 하우스키퍼 분들이 특히 친절하셔서 편했습니다~
