Loving my stay in Mercure PIK, the staff is so friendly & professional. This is my second time going to Jakarta, so it's a foreign place for me, I ask so many questions and recommendations to the front office team and they helped me a lot with all my 24 hours needs. Thank you Juan & team ❤️

Great hotel and excellent service We were greeted by Juan, who was very nice and friendly. He was really helpful, answering all our questions thoroughly. He even offered some great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Would definitely coming back again!
