Great Business venue for a Conference

Great service from Parklands Resort for our Rotary District Conference. The venue was perfect for the crowd, the facility is of good location. The staff are all very friendly and went out of their way to facilitate our District conference.

Hotel has beautiful grounds, bathroom was good except shower head way too high, gym equipment was broken , breakfast was average for a large hotel like this and disappointing not to learn restaurant and bar was closed on Sundays was not informed when we booked in and as we were on a wine tour all day driving wasn't a option , would have been good to have room service at least as there was still many people at this hotel on a Sunday night .

Rooms were spacious, decor was well done and lovely outlook. Pool spa, sauna and gym setup was good, BBQ area was spacious. Restaurant for dinner was very good, food was excellent, breakfast was very good too.

The room was spacious & clean! The service was friendly & professional! The beds were comfortable! The views were beautiful! The amenities were incredible, pool, spa & sauna. The buffet breakfast was spectacular, so much choice of food. Would recommend to all my friends & family & we would stay again!!!!
