VERY tired rooms let this hotel down

On the upside it’s a good location and rooms have a nice view. However, the hotel rooms are in dire need of renovation. For example, fascia peeling off bed headboard, enamel chips off bath leaving rusty metal exposed (NEVER seen this before in a 4star hotel), one of the usb charging sockets not working next to bed, sink cracked and poorly repaired, bathroom window frame has flaking paint which they have attempted to hide with a louvre blind. It’s got a real feel of the 1980s about it. Communal carpets on the floors are dirty and old. I could go on…. Really poor in my opinion. Rooms are NOT up to standard.

스태프들이 너무 친절하였으며 서비스에 너무 만족합니다. 웰컴 드링크 + 웰컴 푸드가 너무 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋으며 시설 또한 훌륭합니다. "1층의 레스토랑 및 탑루프 바"도 훌륭하였으며 음식 또한 훌륭하였습니다. 즐거운 경험이자 여행이었습니다.

Tired and understaffed ! Check in - an Enormous queue and wait to check in Room - Tired, grubby windows, air conditioning that smelt musty and moth - YES Moths on every wall and ceiling Room service ? - Terrible room ‘service’ Staff tried, but ….. I will never stay here again !

Room smelt mouldy making me feel sick and with a headache. Rang reception and no rooms are available. They were going to send up someone to fix the air conditioner, not sure why since the air cond was working but the room smelt mouldy. Mould in shower, on door, tiles in bathroom not clean. Never again.

Terrible Rooms and experience for an Accor Hotel

Room dated. Shower cubicle had mould. We had to request for 2 extra pillows as the ones supplied were flat. Room serviced but housekeeping forgot to replenish milk and coffee. On check in a $100 deposit taken off my credit card. I had to call the hotel three days after our check out to see how long they were going to hold my money. Told three to four working days depending on my bank. Not Good Enough!!!! Will not be staying there ever again.
