Great Hospitality by Puvan and Team

We went for dinner and the hospitality provided by the General Manager Puvan and team was outstanding. The arrangement, the ambiance and the lovely good food was so amazing. Our first time here buts it's a memorable one because of the excellent experience provided. Kudos to Puvan and team

Wifi is terrible. So hit and miss. Complete dissapointment.

Went for a relaxing night away, but it was a total fail. High floor room (nice view) had the worst wifi and I needed it for work so we moved rooms. The second room (Level 3) had better wifi (still not great) as it was closer to ground level. The TV didn't work. Offered another room move but by this time is was nearly 8pm so we didn't bother. The a/c has to be on 16 degrees for hours to even remotely cool the room (both rooms the same). Dinner ok (but dry fish and lumpy mashed potatoes). After breakfast, the wifi failed in the room again (worked in the restaurant) so I couldn't work and we had to check out early. I got a verbal "sorry". Sooo dissapointing. Comfortable bed, good water pressure. Nice aesthetics. Gym ok. Breakfast ok. Otherwise, a total disaster.

I choose to stay at Ibis Style KK Inanam as my my first outstation in 2024. The hotel also one of the Accor group. This hotel design industrial and contemporary. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable to sleep. The breakfast is tasty and the service is good. The hotel staff is attentive and very pleasant. Overall, it 3 stars hotels with 5 star services with affordable price.

Very comfortable room setting, minimalistic, food is good with ginger tea and coffee. Very friendly staff. Gloria, sales manager was very welcoming for breakfast. There was very pretty girl at counter who helped to book a GRAB car after waiting for 40 min to go for Gayang seafood

Amazing beds and showers very nice and unexpected

Very very nice facility's and very nice staff highly recommend for any one traveling this area, breakfast option is well worth the few dollars extra and sky bar is well worth a visit and sit down to relax
