Incredible experience.... I stay here for 1 nite with my family. The front office team greet us warmly. Since we arrived at the lobby, pak Fauzy help all my luggage.the manager Pak Angga, personally approach us. Then I would like to say thank you so much for Shalila, the one who prepared the wonderful setup inside my room. She noticed we travel with 2 kiddos, when we entered the room... there was a small tend complete with a box of kids hampers. My kids so excited. Then Shalila also wroted beautiful wording on the mirror. Thank you Shalila.... you are successfully created memorable experience to us. This hotel located at alam sutera area. And the hotel also still have green view from my room. PS4 at the lobby area and kids activities. The best place to staycation. Thank you Mercure... thank you front office team

One of my favorite hotel to go to in serpong area. The hotel is nice with is view and love the ambience. Great pool , location, and food. Room was clean and spacious. Thanks Meisy in front desk for the hospitality. I look forward to stay here in near future.
