전체적으로 불편함이 없이 잘 쉬었습니다. 방안의 청결상태도 좋고 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 다만, 호텔바로 옆으로 송전탑이 있는건 좀 놀랐네요. 송전탑은 지하화를 하는것이 좋을 것 같습니다.

호텔의 기본 시설은 양호 그러나 예약금액과 투숙후 지불 요구금액이 완전히 달라서 매우 당황함. 비행기를 못탈만큼 체크아웃 시간이 지연되어 호텔요구대로 우선 결재하고 나주에 예약금액대로 수정할 것을 요청하였으나 아직까지 처리되지 않고 있으며, 이에 대한 호텔의 답변도 현재까지 없음. 늦장 체크아웃으로 인하여 공항가는 택시비를 두배로 지급하고서야 어렵게 비행기를 탈 수 있었음. 책임자의 성실한 사과 및 예약내용대로 처리하고 차이금액은 즉시 환불해 줄 것을 요청함

풀만에서의 모든 서비스는 만족스러웠습니다. 모든 직원들은 친절했고 특히 체크인과 체크아웃 전 짐으 미리 보관해주어 감사했습니다. 흠이 있다면 도보로 호텔로 갈 때 시간이 꽤 소비된다는 점입니다. 밖에 나갈 때 보통 그랩을 이용했기 때문에 이는 감수할 수 있었습니다.

I am sorry that you find it a little inconvenient when going out from the hotel, perhaps I may suggest for your next visit to consider using the Light Rail Transit (LRT) transportation, there are 2 LRT stations which is just 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel, this can be a very convenient and comfortable to travel to KL City Centre and all parts of town.
