We had a wonderful stay! Khayers asked if we are celebrating anything, i told her we are celebrating our 9th anniv. She made a way to make our stay more special and had our room upgraded to a suite room! We felt like vip's 😍! Love the cocktail night, all the crew in club millesime. Specially the Supervisor Frischian (not sure if I spelled her name correctly). I was expecting to have chocs (m&m's) avail for our dinner however, it was not avail at the time. She instead gave me gluten free chocs which are delicious and satisfied my choc cravings! Aira was efficient and nice as well! Pleas share my feedback with them! Thank you again!

Ms. Vigie has been really helpful to us. She assisted us with excellence and ensured that we are satisfied with all of our requests. This is the second time we had a family event in Sofitel and I must say that their service is top tier! Every one in our family even our friends had fun and had a relaxing stay in the hotel. The food, service, and overall experience is superb!! We also received a complimentary gift from Ms. Vigie which we certainly appreciate. She is like a family to us! Thank you so much to all of the staff who helped us as well!

In our 1 week stay in Sofitel we had a wonderful experience with the facilities , staff, and food. But what we appreciate most is how the cleaners, especially sir Louie Tropa, kept our room tidy and made sure we always have needed supplies in our room.

Even though I'm writing this review while staying at the hotel, today is our 11 days in sofitel. First and foremost . Housekeeping dep Melissa and Edwin has been gracious, helpful, understanding and very accommodating to me and my kids..They made sure that our rooms (2x) are well cleaned and fully stocked. The rooms are alil out dated but didn't stopped us from getting a good sleep, towels are really Crispy cleaned, both rooms are always cleaned and well maintained. We will missed you two!! Concierge dep. To Hazel, Kim and Bryan my forever bestie 💓! They are my 3 musketeers 😊, they made sure are holiday is well spent! Thank you for all the wonderful suggestions, helps that you've provided to me and my kids!! Sorry if I'm super Kulin!! Can't wait to be back!! Reservation dept. Monsieur Paulo, merci beaucoup!! He went out and beyond to accommodates us and made sure I was given the right Reservations, money wise, rooms ,transportation and such!! The Spiral Dept You guys owed me new sets of wardrobe!!! Everything is marvellous, magnifique ,,,sibon'! Shuttle Driver's Thank you for.keeping us safe!! Godbless !! Sofitel ,,,, merci beaucoup!!!!

A visit full of inconveniences that led up to a bad experience. I am sure you will see some copy and paste job "sorry for inconvenience" note as a reply to this. Basically they don't care. Don't even bother emailing them with complaints either, as management will just do the same thing. Issues: 1) Mosquitos. Our room was full of mosquitos, not sure if housekeeping left the door open, but I did expect a 5 star hotel to not have mosquitos. We were bitten all over. 2) Housekeeping requests were ignored. We had to call 3 times to get some new towels. The first time I waited 15 minutes, then 10, then another 10. I know you guys can be busy, but at least tell me on the phone, or ask me to come to pick up. My son was stuck in the shower with no towel. 3) Couldn't use debit card for deposit. I only use debit cards, but it wasn't allowed to be used by reception. 4) Water slide closed. Despite using it in your marketing materials to attract people, it is supposedly temporarily closed, but seems like it's been closed for a while with no intention to reopen. 5) Fire alarm going off in early hours. The fire alarm went off at about 6am and took ages to get addressed by staff (was just someone pushing the fire door). It happened again at 8am. They should have better process in place to avoid this from happening. Last thing you need is panic in early hours of morning. 6) Indifference from front office staff. Just very bland when we arrived, no introduction to anything, just an upsell for lunch. Overall lack of personalised experience that you associate with a 5 star hotel.
