Check in/out fast and easy. Staff is always friendly and customer focused. Rooms are superb and in good conditions. Housekeeping is doing a great job. Free WiFi is fast and stable enough for HD streaming. Indoor car paring for a good price. The Gym is good for cardio and a bit weight training. As a Accor diamond member I got more than I expected. My first hotel choice in this region! Many thx to all

Booked this hotel with points when traveling back home from vacation. Positives: - Very good soundproofing of the room - Clean parking garage which seems secure (18€/night) - Executive room has quite a large terrace which is ideal if traveling with a dog - Friendly staff Negatives: - Bed extremely saggy - Breakfast is ok but 24€/person/night which is way to much - Rooms feel very old Would stay again if the price was low or when booking with points again.

My wife and I spent four nights at this hotel. We found the experience to be excellent. The staff consistently presented with a warm and supportive disposition. The place was clean and located well compared to the downtown area. Breakfast were of a very high quality (and quantity). From the hotel, we easily walked to the Marketplatz, the museums, restaurants, and malls. Getting to and from Erlangen was easy via an excellent train service. We recommend this hotel and its staff without reservation.

Disappointing reaction from staff after finding cockroaches in my room

Staff response after finding cockroaches in my room was beyond acceptable and disappointing. No action was taken by staff, leaving the roaches in the room and offering a worst room than the one I already had. When mentioned that the room that was being offered was worst the reaction of staff was “This is what we have take it or leave it, claiming there were no more rooms on that same floor (not considering other options even after incident)

바로 앞에 Gas station이 있어 일요일에도 웬만한 건 살 수 있음. 특히 냉장고가 없는 NOVOTEL의 경우 Gas station의 위치가 신의 한수임
