I stayed here for 5 days while exploring and visiting Paris, it was definitely an adventure. The mattresses are hard as a rock and the cover on them it legitimately just a tissue like material, the scratchy kind you get in a doctor's office. I will say the location is pretty convenient since there's a super market close by. Unfortunately i do have to admit the rooms are super hard to get into and the code doesn't go in very well. Other that i will say the staff is friendly and smiled a lot whenever i asked for help with anything

Ibis budget Porte D'Orleans Hotel has repeatedly charged my credit card for an unjustified amount. I have called them multiple times, and each time, I had to deal with a rude individual who identified himself as Francois. Instead of providing a solution, he rudely said "BYE" and hung up the phone without even listening to what the problem was. I will never stay at Ibis hotels again. They have no respect for their customers. Sleeping on the street would be better.STAY AWAY!!!

허. 커플 - 전체(All) 통지 확인

블핑 콘서트를 위해 예약을 했어요. 스태드 프랑스가 가깝다고 해서 예약을 했는데 걸어서 30분 정도예요. 콘서트 끝나고 사람들이 엄청 많아서 결국 걸어서 돌아올 수 밖에 없었어요. ㅜㅜ 바로 옆에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있고 지하철도 230미터 정도 걸으면 돼요. 방이랑 화장실도 이비스버짓치고 큰 편이고 편안하게 잘 잤어요. 단지 주변에 레스토랑이 없고 동네가 이민자들이 많아서 조금 무서웠어요. 게다가 동네가 깨끗한 편이 아니에요. 지하철 타고 또 버스타고 중심가에 가야 해서 스타드 프랑스가 아니었으면 이곳을 예약하지는 않았을 거 같아요. 숙소의 깨끗하고 가드도 있고 안전해서 점수를 높게 줬어요.

The hotel has all the facilities of a basic budget accommodation. Also as it is an Accor brand, you can expect the standard room amenities and layout. I stayed at this property for 2 nights. There is nothing amazing about it, but you get what you pay for! The hotel wasn't too cheap either and I paid about €300 for two nights jncl. taxes (note I stayed during the Paris Air Show week as I was attending the show. All hotels in Paris were equally or even higher priced). My check-in was carried out by an extremely rude and unprofessional male member of the staff. He was neither welcoming nor happy to do his job. Halfway through the check-in process, he referred me to his female colleague as the system wasn't working on his side. To my luck, the female staff member was really polite and respectful. She was not only warm and courteous, but also efficient in the way she carried out her duties. I quickly went to my room The room itself is nothing special. It has basic furniture, a desk and chair, TV, hangers for your clothes and bed side racks. The bathroom was quite tiny and while taking a shower, the entire bathroom got wet and flooded. I think the shower cubicle has a leakage. The bathroom just had one bottle of all purpose body and hair wash. There was no hand wash near the basin. The towels were of cheap quality - but again, this is Ibis Budget, so not expecting anything more! The room was well maintained and clean, which is nice! I had chosen a breakfast included rate, but oh my, the breakfast was a joke! The bread and croissant tasted industrial and it felt like they were delivered from outside. Too bad for a hotel to not bake its own bread or croissant! There were two types of juices - it said fresh, but it tasted artificial. There was yogurt, stale looking fruit pieces, cream cheese, butter and boiled egg. That's all! The least they could have kept is flavoured yogurt, some ham and maybe scrambled eggs! This was absolutely the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. But again, the staff was courteous here and the cafeteria was clean at least! During checkout, I requested to store my bags for a few hours and to my surprise they charge hotel guests €2 per bag! This is ridiculous! Even though I don't mind paying the money but I feel a hotel guest must never have to pay to store their bags! It's not like people are coming from the street to store their bags in this hotel! C'mon Accor Group, you can let hotel guests store their bags for free - it's basic courtesy and hospitality! The hotel is located at the very end of the Metro line 12 in Aubervilliers. The neighborhood is okay to spend 1-2 nights maximum. Even though I didn't have any safety issues, I must say at times I felt an eerie feeling. But again in Paris, you must be careful of pickpockets everywhere. The only plus point is its proximity to CDG Airport and direct metro access to Paris City. Will I stay here again? No Will I recommend this hotel to a friend/ family? No What made me choose this property? Price and proximity to CDG Airport and Le Bourget Airport as I was attending the Paris Air Show. Overall rating: 5/10
