Bad experience! More than 1 hour to check in. There was an infinite cue due to the hollidays and each check in took forever. We wanted 2 connected rooms for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids and they ran out of them. The rooms were a joke. Tiny beds, antique technology (no smart tv, no chargers) Do nor recommend it

We stayed here for a night before a flight home for the holidays. Check in online was easy and we just had to pay and pick up keys. I booked through Accor so was able to earn points. Breakfast was delicious and so was lunch. The staff spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable and they had a pack and play for the toddler. She also loved the play room. Great stay

This is the worst Novotel I have ever stayed. Forget your Accor membership, they don't give you a damn. Service was bad, front desk did not speak well English. Breakfast area was a mess, the room was cold. First and last stay.

I am here on Business and was booked into the hotel by the Convention organizers and the hotel is very close to the Expo center - so it was convenient for my business trip. From the minute I checked into the hotel the front desk personnel were fabulous. Particularly, ANDERSON has been so helpful and considerate and really made me feel welcome. And GONZALO helped me with the internet connection and was also helpful. When I originally looked at some of the reviews I was concerned because some were not good at all. However, I am giving this hotel 5 stars. THe buffet breakfast has a very nice assortment of fruits, cheeses,cereals, breads, rolls, muffins, juices etc. The bedroom is spacious and clean. I cannot say enough GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS HOTEL! OBRIGADA to ANDERSON, GONZALO and ALL THE PERSONNEL! Also PAULO helped me with breakfast today. Bathroom is lovely and the SHOWER is fantastic - lovely hot hot water and good pressure. I Recommend this hotel if you have to go to the Convention Center - I wish I could give it 10 stars!!!

I stayed about a week there for business. My first impression when I crossed the door of the room was “this smells awful”. All inside was old and let’s be honest... outdated. One night I arrived late, the restaurant was closed, so they told me to get room service. From my room I called room services and ordered a Burger, fries and a Diet Coke. After 45 minutes I call back and the literally say “ I don’t speak English”... and cut the conversation. Then I called back again and didn’t have a response. When it was 1 hour after the first call, I was able to get someone who answered and speaks English... answer :” we don’t have a register of what you ordered. So we haven’t prepared anything and now the kitchen is closed” Then, every night we had construction noise... bottom line, never again.
