Had a reservation, I paid outside at DAC but the code i received for the room didn't worked. I called support but they said to pull the handle for 15 seconds then let it and put the code. Guess their door ar from stone age. Anyway, tried that and still didnt worked. After 1 hour the sleeping guy from reception came downstairs and opened the door with master key. Surprise, room wasn't cleaned after last guest. Then he left letting me in the street. If this is how F1 hotels treat their guest and scam them, maybe they need a lawsuit to bring them with the feet back to earth. PS: while there another guest arrived, paid and had same issue. Poor guy left after also got scammed!

Dont book! SCAM! I booked the room for one night, but i wasnt able to get into the hotel! Receptionist was shooting at me and didnt let me in! Checkin machine didnt work! Total disaster! Hope this place will close before to many people will be stranded outside for night. Worst experience ever!

Would have given 0 stars if possible!!

We were due to stay one night while heading for our final destination. We were in for an hour (at most) and heard a knock at the door with the management screaming in my face about the kids crying loudly and why our kids were crying.. Yes what to expect with a 5, 3 and 2 year old!! Then being told to get the F*** out. My husband who had just finished chemotherapy, 3 young children and I thrown out in an unknown place after coming from northern ireland. Booked the Kyriad around the corner for same price with all the necessities and it was worth every penny. Avoid, avoid , avoid!!!!

Very disappointing and disrepectful staff and management!

I would give 0 stars if i could. Stayed here for about 1 hour before getting kicked out for the kids crying. Might i add it was 6pm or later at night and time for bed. The manager thumped our door and started screaming at us for having noisy children. I mean what do they expect from a 5,4, and 2 year old! He then screamed in my wifes face telling us to get the f*** out. Sorry for the language. The beds where rotten and communal shower and toilets. All which i might add had faeces all over it. It was only for 1 nights stay and got kicked out for kids. DO NOT RECOMMEND for ANYONE!

We were using this F1 as a stop off on our way to Paris so were not expecting much, however we did expect to receive the amount of rooms we had paid for. Upon arrival we were only given one room despite having clearly booked and paid for two. With no one on reception and no contact number we had to sleep 6 people in one 3 bed room. This would have been excusable had we received a refund for the room we never got, or even some sympathy. However, we have emailed the hotel countless times only to be treated like idiots and ignored. They refuse to take the blame and I am extremely glad that we did not have to pay much for, quite frankly, the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. The hotel itself is very dodgy and I would not recommend it to anyone, unless you enjoy cramped conditions and the possibility of having to sleep on the floor.
