We had a great one night stay, we booked 2 rooms & even had our dog with us. Although rooms are on the small side, they were clean & modern. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, including cooked breakfast, pastries, cereal, toast & fresh fruit. The staff were very friendly too. A nice, small, friendly hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel with professional friendly staff who can't do enough for you, they are all smiley and friendly... Shout out to the cleaning staff who made our trip. The room is basic but has everything you may require. The bed was comfortable and larger than the average double bed. Nice size television and very clean. We chose not to eat at the restaurant in the evening as we ventured out but the buffet style breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. If we were to come to Plymouth again I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the charming Ibis. 😃

I arrived at 2115 on Sunday evening after a long journey by train - which was delayed by 50 mins. I was tired and grumpy Both Kris, reception and Riley were fantastic - welcoming, efficient and had great senses of humour - just what I needed Many thanks

Bed and bedding comfortable and cleaning staff were so very helpful in meeting my need for extra items to assist with my disability. I would particularly like to mention Rose and Laura who were especially kind. For people who have mobility problems room 32 could do with a lower step for access to the shower and a grab rail at the edge of the entrance to the shower. This would make it much easier for people to get into the shower. I couldn’t get into the shower for the length of my stay. The internet was fine down at the restaurant but at our room it was non existent and no help was given. Fortunately we were able to deal with it ourselves with the purchase of a few resources. Having said all of this our stay was comfortable and the hotel staff we dealt with on a regular basis were pleasant, helpful,kind and polite.

Unfortunately, because of the physical limitations of this older building, we were unable, during refurbishment to move the drains to accommodate a lower shower. We do, whenever possible advise guests of the limitations in advance. I am sorry you were inconvenienced. I am at a loss as to why your internet was not working, the system operates for all rooms and we had no other issues. I am disappointed that none of our team offered to assist you. They are usually very helpful.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff particularly Agnes. Good choice of evening meal options and the food came very quickly. The room had a comfortable bed and the shower was fine. It was nice to have tea making facilities in the room. There was a bit of noise from the road but this lessened when I shut the internal door. Access to the hotel is very easy from the A38 and once at the hotel I left my car in the carpark and took the 50 bus to the city centre which stops outside the hotel three times an hour on weekdays. The bus back from town is number 51. There is a dry ski slope next door! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
