Best of the hotel in paris i would say, for some reason the front desk was really helpful, l can't talk about cons alot but more towards pros 1. friendly staff 2. near to metro 3. all good, if you know what i mean cons 1. maybe nothing but the hotel have some strategy that not to use glass mug or cup but to just just use papercup only but not really bother me at all.

Go for better choices and not by the name

Not the same novotel experience I had previously in other novotel's. Overall, I didn't feel better than the average experience. Not sure of the standard of this property but I've better Novotel experience. The price is also bit on the higher side but that could be an exception and not necessarily expensive all the time.

We got the family suite and was better than the pictures, clean, spacious, wonderful view. The bathroom is separate of toilet, but we knew that - just never experienced it before so it was a bit weird. Mattresses were great, except the side bed. The area was noisy, although the only noise that we could here in the room - windows do not open- was the ambulances. Breakfast had many choices overall, but few in sour ones.

The floor tiles they have at the entrance of the hotel is not suitable and, in fact, very dangerous when wet. I slipped and felt over and hurt my arm. It was reported to the reception straight away. Also emailed the company but didn't get any response whatsoever! Food in Breakfast wasn't always fresh. I saw some white spots on the tomatoes one morning. They were obviously leftover.

I had booked this hotel with a non-refundable rate in error. I contacted Ms. Pereira and explained the situation. She was very undertanding and promptly issued a full refund despite the non-refundable rules. This shouws their level of commitment to customer service. I hope to visit the hotel in the future. A big thank you for the staff for their assistance.
