We stayed just one night at this hotel and it surpassed our expectations. We don't normally stay in larger chain hotels but the staff here were very friendly and the service was great. The executive room we stayed in was on the third floor with a balcony. We had a large comfy bed, seating area and desk. The bathroom had a lovely large shower and I appreciated the L'Occitane products. The breakfast was superb with a huge choice of items. All in all a great hotel choice.

I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. Great very helpful staff, Breakfast very tasty and high quality product”s everyone will find something for themselves and of course będzie in rooom are very comfortable I will definitely come back to this place.

Very comfortable room with large bathroom perfect for a family. Staff very friendly and helpful with recommendations of what to see and do in the area. We took breakfast, there were lots of options and everything was fresh and well prepared. Great location, perfect for exploring the area and close to the station if you want to take a day trip. Would recommend this hotel for couples and families

Beds very comfortable, however bathroom dirty upon arrival. Otherwise room OK. Breakfast buffet very nice and staff in the restaurant friendly and helpful. However management doesn’t seem to have things under control. Adked for soap to be refilled in the bathroom… just never happened… breakfast room was overrun at 9:15 … clearly not prepared. Disappointed. Hotel is NOT worthy of a 4 star rating.

I would like to apologize for the fact that my team has forgotten to fill up to soap in your room. When the hotel is completely full and all our guest come for breakfast at 9,00 it unfortunatelly sometimes lead to longer waiting times at the service. I am very sorry about that. Please note that our hotel is regularly audited and certified on the 4 Star rating and we never have any issues. Once again, I am sorry you did not fully enjoy your stay with us. A sophisticated hotel that makes you feel very special. The Grand Hotel Bregenz - MGallery, is a unassuming building on its approach, nestling in mature trees with several car parks around. The mid-century architecture is modest until you see the red carpet leading to the entrance. Inside the hotel has a luxury finish with huge pieces of artwork on full show, comfy winged armchairs, curved bar and logburner for the colder days. The rooms have had much the same treatment with luxurious furnishings huge TV - the three piece bathroom was especially pleasing. The third floor boasts a wellness area - swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and relaxation room that are divine - opens from 8am. To the rear the hotel shares a complex with the open air concert hall, Bregenzer Festspiele, that is truly magnificent. Lake Constance (Lake Bodensee) is yards away, with a vista every ten paces, as is the centre of town that continues the posh theme. Loved this place, could definitely stay much longer.
