Very very friendly and very very inviting and exceptional service to bar staff I am very happy the Aurangzeb and chef make nice sandwiches for us , I want to come again for bed and breakfast service in mercure west Grange Hotel thanks to everyone very big are for to stay here and staff are very intentive.

I came here for enjoye and spend with my husband some time it’s very nice place to come here I am really with the hotel accommodation. Staff are very helpful they are helping me a lot because I don’t know English so they always change the translate for me and my husband. Specially thanks to Aurang he’s help me lot I will come again here so I request you to go and visit this place very nice place

I want to say Aurangzeb manager was very good staff he’s very polite. Good hospitality service in Olive restaurant restaurants staff are very helpful actually the all hotel staff are good rooms are clean and I like the hotel lake Newbury west grange hotel. Restaurant music very nice I always recommend to come here.

I always coming in west grange hotel mercure hotel, one of the best hotel in newbury to syay here. i walt’s having dinner in Olive and Tree restaurant the staff are very good special thanks to Aurangzeb to suggest the food and also food was very good chef promod food also nice. i wish to come again here . thanks to all staff i am very happy with this hotel team.
