Ibis feel like home! From front desk Mrs. Juliana trough House keeping Mrs. Ivone, every detail is perfect. This perfection is due a good management from Mrs. Erika N., since long time I spend many nights there and people know what to do and how to do.

Friendly staff make you feels like home, huge parking lot, convenient located @ one of main avenue of Ribeirao. Clean room and bathroom. Air conditioning work very well, that's critical in a very hot city

As all Accor hotel, it is clean, safe with all Covid counter measures in place. Good breakfast and plenty of parking places. Staff is very friendly and even when arrived late, my reservation still there.

It was the best time I ever stayed at IBIS. Loved the breakfast and the attention of the work staff. Just one problem regarding the clothes hanger in the room that was broken and it was difficult because we were in two guests.

This is a great hotel for anyone who just needs a cheap, decent place to spend the night. It's nothing special but the price is good and it's clean and has all the basics: A/C, minibar, TV. There is a small gym, free wi-fi.
