My mum and I first spent 5 days in Singapore before we went to Bintan. We were picked up directly at the harbour and driven to the resort. The Banyan Tree Bintan is the perfect place to really switch off and be pampered. We were impressed by the super service and the high quality in all areas. From reception, housekeeping, pool service, restaurants to the spa. The reception is very helpful and always available. They drove us around with their buggies and were always on time. The room was always clean and decorated with love. The pool service gave us fresh towels and cold water as soon as we arrived. The restaurant staff are also competent and always served us with a smile. We also booked the Royal Banyan treatment and were very satisfied. This treatment really is a must and we felt more relaxed than ever afterwards. The spa staff know what they are doing and are highly competent. In general, we felt very comfortable at the Banyan Tree and can only recommend it to others. They work together as a team, everyone was friendly, helpful and had a smile on their face. The joy was infectious, thank you. I was also impressed by the fact that no plastic is used in the hotel. They do a great job of implementing sustainability. Veronica and Eleonora

Stayed at Banyan Tree to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The experience was simply amazing throughout the entire period. Check in was efficient, the service at the restaurant was awesome. Food was good and the waiters/waitresses were extremely friendly. Our housekeepers (Lilik and Hery) were the most impressive of all. Their small kind gestures, such as making flowers and swans displays, made our wedding anniversary so much more memorable.

We booked a trip for our business event and were served by Lenny, Rizki and their team. We had a great stay at the hotel with their wide variety of amenities and prompt coordination by the team in coordinating our transfers, meals and rooms. Views of the sea from the rooms and pool, and the serene environment made the entire stay relaxing. Kudos to the team for their efforts in coordinating everything for us to ensure our event ran smoothly! The only thing we might add is for the hotel to consider having more buggies around the resort to speed up the waiting time. :)

This hotel is a pure bliss. Warm welcome from the ferry terminal and quick ride to the resort. Price are expensive but nvm because the service so excellent. Surprisingly amazed by its exceptional services and kindness. Thanks to Ais and Aripin as a Reception team who assist me for check in. Also Housekeeping team, Tommy. It is beyond perfection, thank you Banyan Tree !

We had an overnight stay here, from start to end, it was fantastic ! Checking in was easy, and being ALL Accor Platinum we were given an upgrade to the next category villa #301, we are thankful ! We wanna thanks the front office staff. Our villa seem dated, however, after a while, we understand why no renovation is needed, at this current stage, it blend very well with the surrounding. The pool is a bit shallow but ok for dipping, not really for swimming. We ate at all 3 restaurants namely, Tree Top for breakfast and lunch, Saffron for dinner and Cove for our lunch before departure, the food are delicious and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We also make use of the Spa, it was a fantastic massage, with amazing care and best massage ever ! Deep tissue which feel strong and not pain at all =) OVerall, it was an amazing Staycation, thank you very much Team Banyan Tree Bintan.
