Arrived yesterday wow what a beautiful hotel and looked after by Annie Park who was just amazing. Afternoon tea and evening cocktails and canapés were delicious in the club lounge

The place was amazing, best views ever in Bangkok. The food was cooked to a high quality and drinks were great! Excellent service by ' Beer'. Highly recommended! Having a rooftop bar and a restaurant right next to it. Must try if visiting Bangkok.

Everything was delightful from the moment we were welcomed into the hotel until we checked-out. The staff was always amazing. Food and drink plentifully available. Lots of options for breakfast and tea time. We had great massages at the spa on our first day to unwind from long travels. We will definitely book with Banyan Tree Bangkok again. The generosity of the staff cannot be overstated.

Amazing service from the beginning to the end. Delicious food and drinks. The desserts in particular were absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend. Beer served us and not only gave great service, but made our whole experience so much more enjoyable.
