The hotel is great, clean, fabulous themes, but....the hotel is extremely understaffed, or, the staff just don't give a sh!t about the customers?!? Bar and reception staff are very indifferent 😑 lots of moping around, ignoring customers. Also, it is not a 24 hour bar as advertised. Several folks refused service due to 'financial reports'??? Lots of upset customers, at some points many waiting at check in AND bar, only to be told bar is not serving. Poor service all round. Great hotel but very poor service from bar, restaurant and reception staff. Customers ignored, refused service, barely a smile amongst them. Fabulous hotel, not well represented and staff not able to fulfil service nor advertised bar services.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We apologise if you felt that all the staff members were indifferent, we can assure you that this has not been intentional. Our team most of the times gets glowing reviews so this is highly unusual to receive a feedback like this so we will definitely have a look into this matter. Our bar is a residential bar with a 24 hour licence however in order to be able to operate properly we do need to refresh our system and generate our daily reports. As we don't want to cause any disruptions for our guests during the day this takes place at night time and unfortunately during that time period we are not able to serve customers as our system is refreshing. Once again please let me apologise if this has caused you any inconveniences. Great stay and lovely room, spacious, immaculate and totally ticks all the boxes. Got checked in early which really suited us as we had commitments prior to 3pm check in. Staff friendly and very helpful! Great location as walking distance to places we were visiting. Slept well and no issues with noise! Definitely return

A reasonable location (7 min walk from Central Station) at a good price. My room was clean, although small with no view. There wasn’t a good bar meals selection (burgers, pizzas, fries etc) and breakfast was average. Staff were friendly. I would stay again.

Stayed here last night again as attending country 2 country. We just love this hotel quirky comfortable quiet and very. Central . The breakfast is very tasty and you can eat as much as desired not that we do . All staff extremely pleasant and helpful . The hotel has a bar that’s well stocked. Untill the next time .

Very friendly staff on easy check in and nice music themed hotel. Our room was good with clean bathroom and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet for a city centre hotel. Good value price. Would come back again for future music events.
