Second time in 4months that I have booked a stay at Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower and have not regretted both times. From the moment i arrived at the hotel the ambience was so welcoming and peaceful and super efficient. Even though official check-in was much later but i was provided an earlier room as i had a long flight and was in my Ihram. Have only tried their breakfast which is very good, extensive selection. Room is very comfortable and access to the Haram is quick. Only suggestion would be if the hotel could respond to queries quicker which would ease travellers arriving from long flights. Highly recommended.

The hotel is top notch and really a nice one to.stay in I could not be happier and satisfied with the service, staff and food. Everything was excellent Our Umrah was memorable and enjoyable due the service and facilities we received from Fairmont We will definitely be back

Since I love this hotel, so it's one of my many many visits. The breakfast is so sumptuous, rooms are well laid, pillows are feel at home. Staff at the reception were so welcoming. Lifts are sufficient to best the traffic load. Haram view is absolutely well angled.

The check-in staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite with the partial Haram view where we extended for one more night. The in-room facilities were excellent, the walking distance to Haram was a big advantage. Food was great. Staff was extremely polite and professional.

What an outstanding hotel! you’ll be amazed by the service and amenities. Am here with spouse to perform umra, the level of hospitality Fairmont has given is so comforting especially after completing umra. And especially grateful and flattered by Service Manager, Mohamed Fauzy and Staff, Jahidul Islam who went even further to suprise us with a beautiful flower on bed decoration! Amazing! Surely will be in my short list of place to stay for umra and hajj.
