The hotel staff were all amazing and made our stay truly enjoyable. Location was so convenient, room was exceptionally clean and lovely, and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start our day. I would stay here again next time I am in Osaka. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located at the center of Osaka attractions. Very convenient. Reasonable price for this location and service. I will definitely come back and stay if I have plan in Osaka again. I did not have breakfast at the hotel because the breakfast line at this hotel is not my type. But it has a good view in restaurant.

The hotel is very good hotel. The hotel is well located and closed to shinsaibashi street and dotonburi area. So very convenient to walked around the area. Also the mrt is very easy to access from the hotel. And the staffs were so well informative and good english speaking.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here in an Executive King suite room on the 34th floor. Super views, spacious room access to the executive lounge on the 33rd floor (which was lovely), and a great breakfast at the restaurant on the 36th floor. Convenient location, comfortable bed, and excellent staff throughout. Bathroom slightly dated but overall a fantastic stay!

We had a perfect stay and the staff were excellent
