Mr. Sergio was very polite and helpfull person. He offered us a complimentary coffee tea and playground area for my daughter. Thanks him and other staff too. Next time we will stay here. They nice top bar and very usefull loby area. Hotel located in heart of the city centre.

everything was perfect: breakfast, the style of decoration of the room and the hotel as a whole.I would especially like to thank the receptionist Giorgi and Ekaterina. They helped me a lot.I have a great desire to return, I will try to do so..

The hotel rooms are super comfortable and beautiful, and so is the restaurant. The stay was lovely, however the staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful, they were clueless about most of the things, there were no buffet tags, the entire breakfast was cold and not fresh, expected better from Accor.

The hotel staff very helpful, also friendly with my kids, the hotel location very nice. I can compare it with 5* hotel, clean also, I met with ANI one of the reception staff (all of the staff where nice) but ANI she was very helpful & nice with my family. They were quick as well with the service.

Great location, just in the center of Tbilisi. The room that we booked which is a suite, is in the highest floor and has balcony. It’s is very brightly colored but it’s a bit small. Breakfast has lots of varieties and superb. The downsides were that the staffs especially at the reception were not really very welcoming, they don’t even have a luggage assistance! No one helped us with the luggages, thats why instead of staying there for 2 nights, we only stayed for a night because the staffs were really a turn off. They don’t smile, some of them even look annoyed, I don’t know if it’s because we are asians, but nonetheless, customers are customers and we pay for your hotel and services.
