Need more options for vegetarian eaters. Please do consider. Comparing all other stays, there are options. Do not keep the lobby so cold. Thank you for understanding and try working on it. Otherwise love the interior and the staff is great.

The experience was so special.. First, it was a great pleasure to start everyday with the bright smile of Ohoud (from the restaurant).. she was welcoming, cheerful and will do everything to ensure that the guests are happy🌷 The breakfast buffet was great with good variety and the food tasted really good. The hotel location is really good, on the northern part of Madinah Road, close to the airport. The room was spacious, clean, quiet with comfortable bed. The AC was perfect. The parking area in the basement and around the hotel was so spacious. I never struggled to find a parking spot 👍🏻 The gym is a bit small but good enough. There is a rooftop swimming pool and a coffee shop. There is also a projector were football games can be viewed there. The atmosphere there is great especially at night. All receptionists were friendly and helpful. Note:- Some of the housekeeping staff are chatting loudly sometimes in the hotel corridors, also there phones keep ringing loudly many times.. This might disturb the guests if they are sleeping…

What a wonderful stay...great Hotel- very cozy room....804! But the service off the hole staff made my stay outstanding! Special on the reception Mr. Ibrahim and Mr.Nawaf...extremely helpful and friendly!! For the breakfast i must say...its normal and nice....but not a WOW ...The service was amazing special from Mr.Mijahad...so helpful and very polite! Thanks a lot ❤️ Kindly regards

Well what can I say, every time I visit, it's been very special. The hospitality, the pamper and the love, it makes you feel you are at home. Very hard working, dedicated set of crew. A special shout out to my second family :- 1. Miss Ohoud. 2. Mr. Mujahed. 3. Mr. Shrobon. 4. Mr. Hussain. 5. Mr. Abdulaziz. 6.
