Absolutely amazing view!!! And very lovely staff!!! However, room was a bit tired (stayed in room 1104) with the furniture def needs replacing, and carpet also as when we walked into our room you nearly tripped or wacked your toe on the metal joining as the carpet had sunk. Over-all comfortable stay but would prob stay at another place based on the room and the price paid!

Poor management, poor housekeeping

Stayed for 6 nights, House keeping only happened twice. We had to constantly request house keeping but kept getting “missed” House keeping itself only change towels and made the bed. 4th night the bed was re-made with stained sheets even though we requested a new sheets and vacum we are a longer-than-normal stay. Reception confirmed but nothing happened. Poor and lack of care. Lifts took 20mins to come and family got trapped inside one lift and was forced to get out on level 32 construction zone full of debris and dust. Organizing fitout works during school holiday was poor management, having 2 out of 3 lifts offline was incredibly poor foresight. Waiting and being trapped was no a good experience for the family. Will not be booking nor recommending this hotel again.

It is unacceptable that your requests for housekeeping were overlooked and that the service provided was minimal. Furthermore, the incident with the stained sheets on the fourth night is inexcusable, and we understand how this oversight could have impacted your comfort and overall satisfaction. We will be addressing these issues with our housekeeping team to ensure that such lapses in service do not occur in the future. Additionally, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and distress caused by the malfunctioning lifts during your stay. Your safety and comfort are of the utmost importance to us, and we deeply regret that you experienced such difficulties. We acknowledge that the decision to conduct fit-out works during a school holiday period was not ideal and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, we have added to all our booking channels and advise all third-party agents. We will be reviewing our maintenance schedules and procedures to prevent similar incidents from happening again. We understand your decision not to book with us in the future, but we hope you will reconsider, as we are committed to making the necessary improvements to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The best beach/sea view on the Gold Coast

At Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise, we stayed on the 55th floor. The best beach/sea view on the Gold Coast, great rooms, and great staff. Highly recommended. Walk to the shops, catch the tram to Pacific Fair, restaurants, etc., and the theme parks are a short drive away.

Lovely apartment and very well appointed (Miele appliances etc). Spa bath in ensuite. Had a great ocean view (I asked for no higher than level 15 as it is a high storey building). Everyone I came across was lovely and helpful - reception people and housekeeping. My teenager boys loved that we were across the road from beach and close to eating places. They enjoyed the gym. There is also pools (outdoor and indoor), steam room and sauna. Didn't get to try the restaurant as it was closed the 2 nights we were there.

The apartment was spacious for 2. We had the best view of the beach and the strip. Smack bang next to the shops,eateries plus only 30min away from the major theme parks. One feedback is staff in Hyde need to be more welcoming when we enter. Don't get acknowledged when we wait in line or leaving the restaurant. (Just my opinion since I work in the hospitality industry myself.)
