Serviced apartments, what Service

The service in these apartments is terrible, we stayed for 14 days, the room was not serviced until day 10, we had to ask for towels evey couple of days, the old towels were not collected, so by day 10 we had a huge pile. The only thing they did on a daily basis was collect the rubbish. The kitchen was dirty, including the stove top and microwave, we booked an apartment so we could cook meals but everything was so dirty we ate out. The apartments really need an upgrade. If you get a room on Hay street, it is very noisey, the police turned up to fights outside the apartment twice in 2 weeks Would definitely not stay here again.

Very disappointed at MANTRA ON HAY! Room 210 has a bed infested with bed bugs. Absolutely disgusted to have had this experience at your hotel. The hotel takes returning customers for granted, the space and two bedroom was appealing but the hotel has become a run down dump. Never again. Dirty chipped furniture worn out chair cushions, drink spill stains under glass tabletops and laying on the floor because of bedbugs! Accor and mantra you should be ashamed. Sleepless nights can be added to this hotels features.

Clean, spacious and decent value. I booked the 2 room apartment and it had all we needed. Aircon worked well and the beds were huge. The hotel is ok but the area is going to sh1t. Screaming indigenous people and cops with sirens and flashing lights greeted me in the middle of the night. If I were the management I would be asking the govmnt WTF they are going to do to sort this out.

Excellent stay here everything was perfect, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Air conitioners in every room was a fantastic bonus and nice and cold, staff were exceptionally nice.Great location close to everything and very central

I had come to Mantra on Hay before. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel beautiful. Good location. Cat bus outside. Close to many attractions in the city. A little outdated but still comfortable stay. Recommend asking for higher floor to get a nice view
