The view from the hotel was amazing and we had a lovely time at the rooftop bar in the evening. And the breakfast was delicious and Sufry's hospitality was excellent!

What an amazing hotel. The service was one of the best we experienced. Everyone from the check in desk, spa and house keeping. Everything was perfect. Our trip was made extra special by one of the most hospitable staff there, Tahfiz. Who helped us from the moment we arrived to the day we left, organised our travel to the airport and made our check out procedure effortless by getting our bags and loading them into the airport transfer taxi. Just excellent service and 10/10. This was above and beyond our expansion and we can’t thank him enough for this. Thank you everyone for an amazing service.

Great hotel and amazing staffs, all are friendly and professional. With many personal preferences to choose like oil and incense made the stay pretty comfortable.. Room was big and bathroom was also big..Breakfast tasted good, the bar had amazing view too..Located in higher class of place (bukit bintang area), I could just stay in the area and explore the surroundings.. One of the best hotels to stay in Kuala Lumpur..definitely looking forward to stay there again when I go visit.. Ps. Special thanks to Mr Jeremy and Me. Nana from front desk to explain and making check-in/out easy..and to housekeeping staff whom sadly I didnt remember the name.

We spent two wonderful nights at Banyan Tree KL and had a fantastic time. The staff was very polite, friendly and always ready to help, the room was very bright, clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Housekeeping, with special thanks to Billal /Biwal🤔🤷🏽‍♀️😂👍🏾 and his colleagues, who were very polite and did a good job of keeping the room clean and well scented with the fragrances we chose from those offered by the hotel. We stayed on the topmost floor, the 56th, and had an amazing view of the city skyline below, especially when it’s all lit up at night. The location couldn’t have been better, too, strategically and centrally, smack in the city center, adjoined to the Pavilion Mall and within walking distance to other high end shops of all the biggest brand names, luxury hotels, restaurants, cafés and also with an awesome view of such iconic buildings as the Petronas Towers, the Menara KL Tower, the Merdeka 118 Tower (2nd tallest building in the world after Burj Khalifa) etc. From the pool area on the 53rd floor, one also has a fantastic view of the Petronas Towers. We also get to take breakfast packs with us, as we had to catch early morning flights to Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru, Maldives, which is also breathtakingly beautiful. Reviews follow.👍🏾

Fancy..elegant..clean..modern..the room is big even for our family..bathroom is extraordinary.. Stay here for 2nights..and we move to hotel next door..the concierge name EZO and the team help us to deliver our luggage..so helpfull..thankyou so much mr.EZO..thankyou BanyanTree
