I have been amazed with the hospitality and service of a hotel staff. Absolutly all the employees that we had a contact with were very pleasent and helpful: employees on the reception, the one in charge of handeling the breakfast and cleaning the rooms. Rooms were always clean, breakfast was tasty, wi-fi fast. It was easy to go from there to metro and a bus station, even for travelers that were unexperienced with using public transportation, like I was. Looking forward to return there again one day!

Hotel does not have AC in all the Hotel, bathroom flooded from shower.

Hotel Ac does not work in all the Hotel, when I complained to desk , was told to sleep with open window, you can listen to the Highway and , somebody had fireworks. shower flooded bathroom. Hotel is clean and well decorated. Staff is very polite.

Our first night stay here on our 9N Europe Trip. We have just finished the Roma Day trip and arrived late after 6pm. End up eating at the Burger King which is just beside the hotel. The hotel has deco that is retro of the 70's and 80's, each room door has an Artiste pasted on it. It has 120 (rather) spacious air-con rooms. with satellite flat-screen TV. The rooms also include a safe and a private bathroom with a hairdryer but the free Toiletries included only soap and shower cap. (but no brush/toothpaste and comb!) Ibis Styles Roma Vintage is actually well connected to the Anagnina Shopping Center, which was closed but our room has a good view of. Morning buffet breakfast was average spread of continental fare, choices of eggs, bacon, homemade pies, sausages and fresh bread. Some rather unhappiness ; the Lift sensors were not working well, very difficult to get your levels acknowledged. The Level 1 dining area is small and we saw people holding on to food and looking for place to seat/eat! The floor is not carpeted and we saw 2 tile cracks not repaired. Only an average stay in all our Accor Hotels experience.

The worse experience of my life for me and my Family, they just destroy our holiday. We were a couple with a child of 5 years old. First night our flight land by night so we check in at 03:00am, i pay them the day before to be sure that we can have a room to sleep. Room was so cold, they leave the airco open all day so when we went in it was like 5 degree, i had to open window and door of the room and wait outside till 6:00am and my child cried all night, we take a little nap and after me and my child wake up with fever, because we slept inside a freezer. Federico on reception is a great guy but he cant solve the problems, he did his best but situation was a mess, I ask kindly to talk with a Manager, Impossible!!! No one is there no one take us in consideration, i ask medicine because we were under fever, No Medicine in the hotel, i had to look for a Farmacy with 39 fever and bring my child to the hospital (I have all the papers and photo). Sink of the bathroom Not Working, Wifi in the room Not Working, Fridge Not Working, Tv Not Working. We swear a lot because of fever, i ask the cleaning lady to change my bed because it become wet, when we come back she just set up the bed with the old sheets so it was still wet and my child cant sleep in his bed. After all reception wants to refund us 58 euro and i feel so offended from that because is just the 20% of the amount we pay. You guys broke our holiday and made us sick. We came to visit Rome and we just close ourself in the room totally sick without any kind of help without explanation, nobody try to solve our situation. You guys offer a 24/7 service, a manager has to be always available for his customer, you guys should have medicine and emergency lines inside for your guest, you guys sell all this service that are not working. This Hotel is not a 4 star, i been inside hostels that were totally better. I check out without accept their alms, you should give us a full refund and big compensation for that, i have holiday one time per year and the Ibis Rome just destroy everything. Im still waiting a call from someone from management before im going to take legal action.

If you want to travel in Rome by public transport, we don't recommend you this hotel. The ride to the city centre of Rome is quite long (metro+bus=around 60 minutes) and ATAC service doesn't include bus timetables so you have to be good in Google Maps or other trip planners, because at Anagnina Station buses are starting from three different bus stops (not so close one to each other). The equipment of the rooms was worn out. Windows opened very hard. In one of the rooms the toilet flush was broken and despite being reported to the reception in the morning and noticed by an employee, nothing happened for the whole day. The breakfest was very poor and the coffee was the worst in all our Accor Hotels experience. Sad that it was in Italy. The juices were so watered down that it was hard to guess what their flavor was.
