Rooms are good and facilities inside the room are also acceptable. Laundry is available in the lobby and staff were helpful. Location is close to require train station and carrefour hypermarket. Totally a good choice for families but a little bit old. They don’t charge anything inside the room when it finished.

Greeted by staff in a very friendly and professional manner. Despite being two hours early before check-in the staff helped with storing our luggage and kindly made us a hot drink. The weather outside was monsoon like conditions so the welcome was much appreciated. The room was very clean with all the basic essentials. WiFi was strong. Close to the train station. The perfect base to visit Nice and Monaco.

Place needed deep clean. Light switch, bath control broken but were fixed. Breakfast expensive but god continental breakfast Lovely welcome. Safe open Table wobbly Toilet flush broke and was to be fixed

部屋はきれいで清潔でした。ただし、私の部屋は照明と思われるスイッチが壊れていたのと、包丁が無かったのが残念です。

貴重なお時間を割いていただき、ありがとうございました。 当ホテルでのご滞在をお楽しみいただき、またお部屋を清潔で快適にお過ごしいただけたとのこと、大変嬉しく存じます。 お部屋のスイッチの故障とナイフがなかったとのこと、申し訳ございませんでした。 お客様に快適なご滞在をお過ごしいただけるよう努力しておりますので、お客様のようなご意見をいただけると、継続的なサービス向上につながります。 またすぐにお会いできることを楽しみにしております。

Stopped here Monday to Friday. Had one apartment and two studios between five. All were very clean (no sign of mould or funky smell!?). Bedding very clean. Dishwasher tabs/new scourer and washing up liquid a nice touch. Yes, there were a couple of stains on the carpet but I'm pretty sure it's the previous guests fault and not the staffs! We were advised in advance that there would be no cleaning/clean towels because of short stay but we could pay extra if we wanted it (7 euro). Reception staff wonderful, very helpful and always smiling (especially Manal). Really appreciated their excellent English as our French is embarrassingly bad 😁. Hotel well situated for access to trams, bus to Eze/Ville France and shops. Only downside is bath quite high for vertically challenged and elderly to get in and out of!
