There were two places to eat for breakfast. One called market place which was apt as it was literally like a bangkok street market. Heavily understaffed which causes everything to be understocked and nightmare trying to get a table. We tried the bodega for breakfast instead but as more and more people got fed up with market place they came to bodega. Service at the poolside restaurant for lunch would mean massive wait time over 40 mins to be served your food. Again probably due to lack of staff. We're vegetarian and we're told they had run out of the veggie options. We would advise against half board as there is a different menu for people on half board. Believe it or not there would never be enough towels and zero hand towels in the toilets in our suite. Please beware that the indoor bar has no air con and only a fan so unsurprisingly would be very empty every night because it was so hot. I could go on and on about how this hotel is no near 5 star especially for service. When we complained that our 2 bedroom river suite smelled of sewage we were told 'oh yes that does happen'.

Excellent service as always from the property. Spa therapist Nooi was fantastic! Spa staff were friendly, geest smile, and understand what I needed. I would definitely recommend coming for a relaxing treatment at Angsana Laguna. Thank you!

Angsana Spa is truly an experience. Khun Micki message technique hits the spot. Lower back pain gone! All the spa therapist are one of a kind! Ambience of the spa room is perfect from the temperature, bed, music and oils used. I will definitely return again and again. Thank u

Net, at concierge, was amazing, His English was amazing and very helpful. He certainly made out.trip - thanks! Overall all other staff were good and minor faults with it from were rectified fast. I would come here again. :xxxxxxxcxxccccccç ccçcvcv. Vcv vvvvv
