This hotel is a pure bliss. Warm welcome from the ferry terminal and quick ride to the resort. Price are expensive but nvm because the service so excellent. Surprisingly amazed by its exceptional services and kindness. Thanks to Ais and Aripin as a Reception team who assist me for check in. Also Housekeeping team, Tommy. It is beyond perfection, thank you Banyan Tree !

We had an overnight stay here, from start to end, it was fantastic ! Checking in was easy, and being ALL Accor Platinum we were given an upgrade to the next category villa #301, we are thankful ! We wanna thanks the front office staff. Our villa seem dated, however, after a while, we understand why no renovation is needed, at this current stage, it blend very well with the surrounding. The pool is a bit shallow but ok for dipping, not really for swimming. We ate at all 3 restaurants namely, Tree Top for breakfast and lunch, Saffron for dinner and Cove for our lunch before departure, the food are delicious and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We also make use of the Spa, it was a fantastic massage, with amazing care and best massage ever ! Deep tissue which feel strong and not pain at all =) OVerall, it was an amazing Staycation, thank you very much Team Banyan Tree Bintan.

Excellent surroundings, room and staff especially Sufyan and Denny! The villa was stunning and the view was gorgeous! Spa was very good and peaceful. Truly a relaxing holiday and very convenient to get to from Singapore. Highly recommended! 👍

wonderful stay best resort with the best view ever thanks to iksan, adesti and selly for make my experience stay feel so great will come back again to this havenly resort and also will recommend to my fellas to came to banyan tree bintan cheers to the great staff (can't mention all only remember a few staff)

Many times the bungy took a very long time to come and service at the tree top restaurant also was slow and poor overall- especially when they were serving the customers at the pool. However we ordered the blue moon dinner in our villa and it was very good - good food, good decoration by waiter sudarsono and chef rizkie
