I have had nothing to say but only good experiences with Swissotel’s Spa and Fitness Center. Thanks to Grace and Andrea, they are both exceptional. Moreover, the ambiance is awesome and the pool area is relaxing, too. Would highly recommend.

Nothing was worth the amount paid, from checking in to arranging the room to the time and type of breakfast, the quality of the place, and the treatment of the staff. Nothing was nice at all, even when I checked out. No one cared about me either when I arrived. No one helped me move my things. A very, very bad experience that will not be repeated.

It was an amazing experience from the time you enter the hotel, to reception and to their recreation/spa area/ gym and pool. You can definitely feel the calmness and relax on your vacation or off well. Without having to worry about disturbances. Staffs were friendly and accommodating, too.

It was very good experience. The hotel staff are very accommodating. I really like the experience with the therapist named jessica and the receptionist grace is very good in accommodating with our needs and inquiry. It has all we need. Thank you
