Absolutely fantastic service in the restaurant the three gentlemen Declan, Tom and Vlad were great especially when they were slammed they still catered to all my needs and wants Very impressed with the staff!! Thank you to them for making my dining experience more enjoyable

Lovely room breakfast very good. Lady that was front house on reception very good and kind Would definitely stay again so easy to get to airport and shuttle bus very convenient Picked up a car at greenmotion next door to hotel so easy and convenient

One of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at!! From the friendly welcome from reception all the way to the restaurant, the food was absolutely divine and we like to thank Declan and Vlad who served us very friendly and efficient with their service Thank you Novotel would definitely be coming back

Could have been good, but let down by a poorly maintained room!

Happy with the price for combined hotel stay and parking. Just a shame the room was poorly maintained. We stayed in room 186 on the ground floor, and after returning to the room after a meal in the restaurant the room was freezing cold. I called reception, as the air con/heating had an error message, RCU fail. They explained that maintenance had finished for the day. But did supply us with a standalone electric heater and blanket. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, the carpets were badly stained. The shower gel bottle was empty. I would still recommend the hotel, but not room 186 :)
