Such an amazing hotel, clean, beautiful, so a lot of things to do. Stuff is super nice, especially Daniel in the entrance is super helpful and friendly 😊 will come back here again for sure and will recommend everyone this hotel! Restaurants are also amazing

our room service, Mr. JAFFAR and May supervisor, was excellent. he was very attentive and gave my girlfriend an unexpected surprise for her birthday!! It was amazing surprise! Thanks for your service. l spent aome wonderful days in the hotel RIXOS.

- My favorite place in Dubai. - Amazing Rooms - Amazing Pool and Beach Area - Amazing Food at the Turquoise Restaurant - Hosted a dinner event for 35 people in the Turquoise Restaurant, and SIMPLY IT WAS AMAZING. Hotel Management personnel, Mr.Bubbin, Mr. Munir and Mr. Daniyar (operations manager) are the most helpful people you can ever meet, they handled my dinner event in the most professional and convenient way and made sure that everything was planned in perfect manner, thank you guys for your help. RIXOS JBR is simply convenient to everything, food, small boutique shops, etc

Nice hotel but trying to appeal to too many markets and it doesn’t work

We stayed in the Rixos premium for our recent visit to Dubai. I’ll start with the positives! - the room was lovely and clean - bathroom was very clean and plenty of towels/space. - we were given early check in which was very handy as we arrived early in the morning - we stayed for our wedding anniversary and they did some flowers and stuff on the bed and a celebratory dessert which was amazing - the staff that work on the beach getting drinks etc work exceptionally hard - the cleaning team were also very hard working and friendly - the breakfast was lovely with a great selection and good quality food. Now onto the negatives. - This is such an odd hotel trying to appeal to both families and party people, and it just doesn’t work - some of the staff were very rude and stuck up. Not saying good morning or hello or even smiling. We had to leave a day early due to the flight cancellations and when checking out we weren’t even asked if we had enjoyed our stay which was disappointing. We felt they didn’t appreciate our custom - for such a big hotel there is not enough space round the pool/ beach to accommodate hotel guests let alone then charging people to come for the day as well. - people will reserve beds with towels and either not come down until the afternoon or stay for a couple hours and never return but don’t remove their towels. - people are so tightly crammed in that if you want to actually get sun then you need to get there early to get a front row bed because once the umbrellas are up next to you and in front then you end up being in the shade. We stayed during the recent storm and we had no clue how bad it was going to be and ended up getting stranded at Dubai mall and having to walk 5 hours back to the hotel. I am not sure if there was a warning alert out to advise people not to go out but it would have been helpful if the hotel gave people a warning not to leave the hotel. If we knew how bad it would be then we wouldn’t have left the hotel. Also, where the hotel is located it is VERY difficult to get a taxi in the evenings so unless you have an Uber/Careem booked it can be a nightmare! Overall whilst the hotel itself was nice, the stuck up vibe was not to our liking and we will not be returning.
