Was dropped there mistakenly by my taxi driver as I was meant to be at another accommodation. Staff were happy to allow me stay the reception and keep an eye on my luggage and in the morning had a lovely breakfast with them. Would highly recommend Ibis Styles.

I had lunch on Thursday 18th ,started off with a cocktail an old fashion properly balanced and the barman came to check on the feedback this was one of the best I've had in Nairobi he used proper bourbon (kudos) ,the luch was served by kelvin who was attentive, prompt and cheerful all through, I had the chicken and potato wedges ,well presented and the portion was generous, the Manager Taiti was informative, very friendly and a great conversationalist. The team is energetic and bubbly ,a very good sign . Overall an excellent choice for a week day lunch .

I was celebrating an achievement on this day, so my better half mentioned we grab some dinner at Kilele, then proceed somewhere else for drinks. We were received warmly by 2 beautiful girls, and the service was exceptional. I forgot the name of the waitress a beautiful bubbly girl, the food was mouthwatering we had to share our meals I had some pork ribs and my boo some beef which we totally enjoyed. Just when we were unwind there was a pianist playing soothing music, the manager, Elizabeth was passing by and had about our plans for the night when she was inquiring about our experience, she encouraged us to move over to the bar just next to Kilele, best decision ever! Here we were received by Josephine she was a manager too, and served all night by Clement who was funny, very knowledgeable about all our queries, great recommendations on the drinks and the pianist followed us there and played beautiful music. The place was so cozy & warm, we almost booked a room haha! Maybe next time. Thank you Ibis style for making me celebrate without regrets. I will definitely be back!

Im glad I chose ibis for birthday lunch treat .i ordered a mojito to start me off and it was amazing service was good .as for the food I ordered chicken wings ....truth be told the best I have had so far .Clare was very welcoming . the ambiance at the roof top is amazing. They had a beautiful surprise cake which I had an amazing lunch date and birthday.I got to have a chat with the food and beverage manager just to say thank for an amazing time (Taiti) very nice lady .over all experience super... thank you

The beef was very nice, kudos Chef Jose, Thank you Grace for the warm reception you were so helpful. Olive was my waitress for the day, the mango passion juice you recommended 👌. The set up of the restaurant was just magnificent, and did I talk about lovely people at the reception, Annah and Brian
