The Retreat at Palm Hotel provided an incredible experience from the moment of arrival. The warm welcome extended from the front desk to the concierge and luggage porter, complemented by the breathtaking view from our room's balcony overlooking the pool, water, and the stunning cityscape beyond. I want to express special gratitude to our concierge, Zia, who went above and beyond to ensure our departure was delightful. He took care of our luggage until departure time, arranged transportation, and checked in to ensure everything was in order. Zia's exceptional attention to detail made a significant difference. I also want to thank Alaa from the gift shop, who pleasantly surprised us with mini massages using exotic oils. This experience was truly deserving of a 5+ star rating.

Thank you for everything. This is the best Hotel. we were staying for 2 nights, Islam was one of the best person he was helping us a lot, he was very helpful, fun and friendly. we had great time in this hotel. The dinner and lunch was the best. Isalm helps us a lot. He is from Egypt and he was so fun and friendly.

Nice hotel with nice staff smooth check-in the lobby ambiance is spacious and luxurious.food very good,room are well maintained clean ,pool and beach is just beautiful with a nice view perfect atmosphere thanks to Jeanette and Rowan for brilliant job there very helpful we felt so good attentive to us.

Fabulous hotel great staff very friendly. Food delicious organized buffet the ambiance so relaxing. We enjoyed to see our kids happy at the kids club.Pool and beach staff very helpful thanks Jeanette for your assistance we appreciate it we have so much fun at the beach,facilities all new and area is clean. We definitely come back again thank you so much all.
