Arshad helped me with this special Date Yogurt that I wanted quickly. The chef Imran made amazing yogurt and I loved it.Samadhi really helped me on my first day she was super fast with bringing me my food. On first day she helped me feel so welcome. I loved the Pool was very nice had a free activity class amazing. I enjoyed the swimming especially with snorkelling which is available in the shop in Hotel. These people are really nice and friendly I really looking forward to coming back. Oh Lady Called Kadija helped me with WiFi and felt like she was always there to help me. The chef was amazing Shukal Nanda got me some amazing Shushi and got me my fruit selection. He got me a selection of Shushi in platter which was amazing. Also he made sure the food was not cross contaminated.

I am currently here at the retreat staying as a guest with my husband, I brought my husband here for his birthday and we have not had a great experience so far. Complained twice so far about the cleanliness of the room ,the first night we checked in the smell in the room was shocking ,and I also found nail clippings in the bathroom and dirty hand prints all over the hairdryer ,they then upgraded us to another room which we had to pay for . The room we paid and upgraded for is much better. Up to this point no manager has come to us and checked in with us after the complaint we raised . Feels very much like they don’t care about customer service No milk in the room for tea facilities and then told when I asked reception I will have to pay for it .what’s the point putting tea bags in the room of no milk to make the tea . Not a great experience of this hotel ,personally I wouldn’t come here again or recommend it

Thank you, Islam, for the exceptional service. Our stay was fantastic with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely return. The beach and view of Atlantis Palm were stunning. The service was excellent and very helpful!!!

Very common and friendly staff in all areas of the hotel complex. Especially Islam with his team from the restaurant, they did a good job. The drinks and smoothies at the pool bar were very tasty. A varied buffet was available at all times. It was a very good stay.
