Great hotel and service. Eating at the breakfast buffet is usually uneventful, but my mornings were made so much better with our server, Kelly, who took care of us and could not have been nicer. Didn’t need to ask for more coffee. It was there. Didn’t need to ask for a new cup because the coffee was cold. It was already brought. She worked the room like a well choreographed dance. Great personality. Made the dining experience great for everyone!!

The staff is outstanding---Micah, the concierge, was so helpful and Duncan, hotel transportation, could not of been kinder! It is a gorgeous hotel but the staff really makes it shine! I look forward to my next visit to Austin and would not stay anywhere else.

Jose, our repeat waiter for breakfast, was outstanding. He kindly accomodated all my food sensitivities and my coffee cup was never empty. I was very impressed with the personalized service. The buffet was also wonderful, but Jose is who kept us coming back.
