Very nice hotel, great location, very clean. However the beds were not very comfortable. The food was really good.

This was our first time visiting Austin and staying in the Fairmont. We were upgraded to a corner room and had the most amazing view of the city. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and hotel is beautiful. We had a great experience and highly recommend!

visited Fairmont Austin for a date night and we got the pleasure of meeting Miss Carmen. She was super sweet and gave us great recommendations about restaurants and bars to visit while in Austin , Rules and Regs has the views! Def a must see!

In Austin for a business trip, there for a lengthy stay. The service was hit and miss. Somes areas were definitely a Fairmont standard and others not so much! The rooms were nice and had what you needed. Overall good food and good location. The "Good Things" coffee shop was nice and handy however the service was something different. There are a couple ladies that work there that should not, could not even get them to look at you let alone a smile. Very disappointing. The fitness center was nice however it was way too hot and a few machines were inoperable during my entire stay. I did put in a request for the temperature and the euipment but nothing was done about it! Overall not a bad stay however they need to polish up a bit for Fairmont Standards.
