Elegant hotel , steps to Haram , best Quibla views, friendly well trained staff , well organised restaurant even with crowds, and the most important for me that it have a separate exit to Haram to avoid crowds in abraj el beit and other hotels .

As I have stayed here, was appreciated for choosing them again. Thank you for your hospitality especially the check in staff. Loved the room 4118, amazing view as you can see. Breakfast is awesome so much to choose from. Literally round the corner and into haraam!

Hello . I have stayed in your hotel two times in the last month . In my first stay: (Check in 29th March to 2nd April) Room no: 4010; I’ve lost several important belongings like my car key (Audi A6), watch ,baby’s warmer and my skin care stuff. I’ve complained about it when I came back on my next visit (Check in 11th April to 14th April) but your staff said that they did not find anything. I was very busy with my Praying schedule during ramadan and that is why I was unable to follow up properly although your staff should have informed the guests when they leave their belongings behind. On my second visit my wife’s wallet was missing from the room . She had emirates id and important bank cards in that along with a hefty amount of money . It was in the room throughout and we were unable yo find it when we were checking out . On asking again they did not find anything . The cleaning staff came to clean when we were not in the room almost all the time so maybe they took it . I travel alot and i have never experienced this in my life ever .

The Swissotel Makkah is simply wonderful! This is thanks to their phenomenal service and care! (Huge credit goes to Anas!!!) I say this because during traveling, my mother and I became sick. So we ordered in-room dining for 2 nights, but received food without the utensils both times. One time, the server apologized, went back to get the utensils - but the food had become cold. The other time, the server basically said he didn't want to get the utensils. Then when he finally went to get the utensils, he never came back at all. Additionally, I called the operator to ask if someone could please bring facial tissue boxes to my room. After an hour, no one came. So I called again to check the status - but the operator yelled at me that the person will drop-off the facial tissue boxes in the next few minutes. That never happened at all. In fact after around 5 hours of waiting, we heard the cleaning team down the hallway, and went to them and they provided the items we needed. They were very courteous, caring, and not unfortunately did not receive any orders from the operator at all. After days of where I could not even leave the bed due to my condition, I went downstairs to the lobby and spoke with Anas. I told him all the issues we had dealt with. He was incredibly apologetic, empathetic, and was very eager to help resolve the matters. The first thing he did was send the most spectacuar, impressive, and beautiful meal you have ever seen to my room. I was literally speechless and amazed by the care displayed by him and his team. Also, he helped with arrangements for us to leave for the airport with the utmost convenience. And he made it very clear that we are not only guests - but family. And he and his team take great pride to display true hospitality, attention to detail, and any help the guest needs. Anas exemplifies class, empathy, care, and understanding the importance of the customer experience. As someone who has stayed at countless hotels around the world - I have never been so in awe of this level of care, compassion, ownership, knowledge, and class. It is incredibly evident to me that Anas is one of the jewels in the crown of Swissotel Makkah's and Accor's overall customer service and ethos, and is an incredibly invaluable asset for the organization. Based on this experience - I have recommended my friends, family, and contacts to stay at Swissotel Makkah solely due to Anas' stellar quality of service. Additionally because of all of his incredible help, I am now planning several more trips with family which I was not planning originally. There are great customer service professionals in every organization, but I have never been so thoroughly impressed, empowered, and enlightened from customer service experiences such as these. I hope the examples set by Anas' first class quality of care, service, and help are the benchmark for all services across not only at the Swissotel Makkah, but for every organization - regardless of industry.

Start to finish very very very very good very impressed finished my Holiday very nice. Waleed at the front desk god bless him very pleasant polite young boy. Saif in concierge what a gentleman he helped us so much in luggage etc. I really appreciate these staff help Immensely they have made my trip 10/10
