Breakfast is decent with fruits, coffee, croissants and cheese. The view from the rooftop of the skyline is nice. But the hotel rooms were not ready at check in. We had a 2pm check in and we arrived at 9:30 am our room was not ready until 3pm. My husband arrived the next day with our son and I paid for the room for the day prior and he was not able to get into our 2nd room.Then when they did the other room it’s on a different floor than ours. So I go back to the front desk because I paid for 3 beds and a room near us on the same floor. I’m a bit frustrated but they finally fixed it and gave us a room on the same floor.

Well located hotel with spacious rooms and good breakfast - if you can get it!

Stayed at the hotel for three nights when at a nearby conference. It was locationally perfect for this. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast buffet has a great selection. My only grumbles were that you often have to queue for breakfast and one day it was too long for me to wait meaning I lost out on a €20.5 breakfast and had to buy something elsewhere. My room was also a little warm and dry but I often find this!

Actually I spend time in this hotel during Network X conference. Honestly this was nearest hotel in place, avoiding traveling in Paris. From my past experience traveling is a nightmare. Hotel a such is located next to Center, therefore this was good. Breakfast kind of ok, staff was not on time with preparation of it, however as we have been first at 6:30, big excuse for it. Otherwise breakfast was good. Accommodation was average on 4* level, but somehow acceptable. In case I’d be again in Paris for conference I’d come again. Sending kind regards to stuff..

パリでのノボテルの滞在は不満なものでした。なぜフロントには昼間の時間帯にもかかわらず一人しか対応できるスタッフがいないのでしょうか。私は滞在中に何度となくフロントの周りにチェックインを希望する宿泊客が、疲れた顔をして列を作っているのを見ました。そして私自身もスタッフの手伝いが必要な時に、同じように長く待たされることになりました。自分の順番がまわってくる間、フロント横のスタッフルームからは談笑するスタッフの声が聞こえていました。もしかすると、本当はスタッフは何人か配置されているのに、仕事を放棄しているだけだったのかもしれません。あなたたちは、ホスピタリティという言葉の意味を知らないのではないのですか？さらに「資源を大切に」の名のもとに水を入れるグラスやカップを排除して、使い捨ての紙コップを置くのは論理的に矛盾していませんか？なぜ朝食会場のアールグレイ紅茶の缶は、私の滞在している間中にずっと空だったのでしょうか。なぜトマトが毎日トマトジュースのようにぐちゃぐちゃだったのでしょうか。もしこのレターをマネジメントの方が見ているのであれば、一度自分の目でパリノボテルを見ることをお勧めします。私はパリの滞在の後にニースのノボテルに宿泊しましたが、あちらではほぼ全ての点でパリノボテルよりも優れていました。パリのノボテルのスタッフは、ニースのノボテルで研修してホスピタリティを学ぶべきと思います。私の妻のバースデーを過ごすのに選んだ最悪のホテルでした。もう二度とパリノボテルには泊まりません。

Stayed at this hotel where our travel group is booked. The decor is modern and staff are very polite and helpful. Room 338 faces the front, has full windows and has shower stall. We also stayed at Room 537 a less desirable room because it faces the back, has one small window, and has a slippery bathtub. Very good mattress and bed linens. The rooms only has hot water kettle so it is better to bring your supplies of coffee and cream. Also bring hair conditioner and body lotion. Across the street is a Cafe which serves Pizza, and Pasta. Diagonally across is a fruit and grocery store to buy soda, snacks, and a Pharmacy. A couple of blocks is St Anthony Catholic Church. This is a quieter location than in other heavy touristy areas.
