Regular visitor to the location due to business. Time to time, my stay credits do not post in my account. I spoke with property location during my last visit regarding and he promised me to report but it has been several weeks already but nothing happened. I called corp office but representatives (called also several times) were not able to help me saying " we are checking with location". I already spoke with the manager and it was their fault but what else are we checking? So bad customer service both from the hotel and corp. I am a Platinum member and do not deserve the treatment like this

Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed In!

This is easily the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. I would have given ZERO stars if I could! Where to begin? The room was so small that I had to step out into the hallway to change my mind. No room for normal amenities at this price level such as a fridge or microwave. The closet it tiny, also. The bathroom shower is a design disaster! The shower head literally comes out of the middle of the ceiling. It's impossible to direct water where you want it, with NO adjustment possible. I had to literally step out of the shower to shave and then back in to rinse. I've never quite experienced anything like it. I was shocked to find out this is an Accor Hotel. I can't figure out how this hotel is ranked as the # 1 value in Mazatlan and will NEVER stay here again!

We are economy hotels, Ibis don't provide fridge or microwave, please if you saw this information somewhere it's important for us that you let us know so we can fix it. The size of the rooms, bathrooms, public areas are the same in all Ibis hotels, we are the economic brands of Accor. Once again we are very sorry that you didn't like our concept. If you are looking for a place to stay during your business trip, or you are a traveler who want to stay away from tourists, you will find in Ibis Hotel a balance between a nice room, super friendly staff, and the basic needs to cover. This was my second time stating at this particular hotel and is a pleasure to sleep in here.

The service was amazing from the cleaning crew to the desk to the manager! Super fast 50+ mbps wifi. Very clean rooms. High water pressure super hot great showers. The rooms are not big but the price is not either.

Stopped for an overnight stay on way to Manzanillo. 2 days before New Years. Price was increased but not too badly priced, however, the room was very small with queen sized beds only available. Disappointed but ok for a one night stay
