全体がほぼ高いレベルでの顧客対応をされていたようであります。ただ、すこし個人を特定してしまいますが、ある年長(ベテラン)らしきスタッフ(女性)の対応が、事務的(ハートを感じない)で他の方達が醸し出されていた良いムードを壊されていたように感じました。これは私感であり、結果何か実損があったわけではないですが、、、。

タイトル通り。 以前、宿泊していた情報をスタッフがべらべら喋り、今回のパートナーと揉める原因となった。 コンプライアンスの徹底不足。気に入っていたホテルだがおそらくもう泊まることはない。

チェックインの対応が良かったです。 Accor group membership が二重になっていることに気づいて、片方をキャンセルして一本化する申込みをしてくれました。 言葉だけの親切でなく、実際に動いてくれたのは本当に助かりました。

5回目の利用。 これまで3回チェックインをする際に部屋の準備ができていないということですぐに部屋に入れず待たされることがあったが、今回はチェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズにでき満足している。 e-mailで予めチェックイン時間の確認も今回は来て、安心感があった。ただメールでの確認がある場合とない場合があるのは不思議に思う。(前回はなかったが、前々回はメール確認があった。) 毎回スタッフはおおむね親切で、部屋も清潔なので、また利用したいと思う。

初めてスタンダードルームに宿泊したが、やはりゴールドルームと違い満足度は高くなかった。 Platinumメンバーとしての上位の部屋へのアップグレードがなかったのは残念。(上位の部屋が満室であったと考えている。)

近くにいくつものショッピングモールがあり、食事や買物に大変便利だった。スタッフもいつも挨拶をしてくれて、頻繁に声をかけてくれた。

ロケーションもよく滞在中は快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで丁寧に対応いただけました。 特に問題はありませんでしたが、エントランスがあまり広くないスペースで車がたくさん止まっていたので、こちらの送迎車の出入りに時間がかかりがちでした。
