The Ultimate Staycation Hotel in Manila

My husband and I spent 2 days in Manila after a long flight from Canada. We booked at Raffles and loved it so much that we didn't want to leave the building! The staff was very attentive, and we enjoyed all the small details such as the 'aromatherapy sleep experience', sea salt selection to enhance our butter in the restaurant, pillow menu... The decor feels 'grand' and it was easy to see why the hotel chain continues to remain iconic. The private pool is gorgeous!! Whenever we weren't dining in one of the many great hotel restaurants, we were poolside. We enjoyed our stay so much that we just booked another night at the hotel at the end of our fabulous adventure in the Philippines. Thank you Raffles for turning moments into such great travel memories for us. We felt very special in your care.

Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff in all the areas of hotel , rooms are exquisite and very intimate area of property. Staff go over and above for you each time you leave your suite , assigned butlers , everyone in the hotel knows your name immediately as well , the building itself has literally everything under one roof , nice gym , coffee shop , great bar and great lounge , restaurants are also very nice and have wide variety of selections. I will most likely stay here now when I come to Manila or travel through as well.

Every thing went splendid the moment we arrived at the hotel everyone is smiling. We felt that heartwarming service. I want to personally thank Butler Marco for taking care of us. He is the one welcome us he gave me recommendations that makes our stay like everything was planned. hahaha I dont even have to ask. One of my favorite scenario is when he open the door for us and says "welcome home" and i felt it. I feel like im home i feel relax at that moment. The butler service is exceptional he even prepared us a bath. Ohh i almost forgot the cute butlers sing us a happy birthday song which one of the highlights of our stay. Sadly it was a short stay but we'll definitely come back.. ❤️

The hotel was excellent to place I stayed. There is one lady who is very nice her name is Jhona in the food service, she guides me to tour the buffet and explained what different dishes are, I was amaze and impress with the facility. and well organized, Definitely I will visit again. And thank you for excellent foods.

Hotel to stay if you want privacy and no noise hotel.

The hotel offers top notch service from checkin to checkout. I like the beds and pillows were wonderful and I had a good night's sleep. The inclusion of afternoon tea and evening cocktails makes the hotel experience complete. Would like to try the spa next time. The butter service was very attentive and the evening ritual is something worth doing at least once. Since I'm a gold member, I got an extra bowl of fruit which was nice. They was a problem with my reservation but everything was rectified effeciently. The breakfast in merio was more Filipino but the also have breads for foreigners. Love the scent, I was enjoy a more green profile toiletries. Overall, looking forward to staying in this hotel this Christmas.
