エレベーターが来るまで時間（朝９時くらいには５分程度待つ）がかかるのが少し残念でした。

Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Loved the location in the heart of the CBD. Easy walk to restaurants, stores and tourist locations. Directly across the street from the State Theatre with many great shows. Ten minute walk to Darling Harbour and the best seafood restaurants.

Dirty Toilet and No Towels

We arrived late in the evening, after flying into Sydney, the check-in process was fairly quick. On entering our room, we noticed that the toilet was visibly dirty on the outside, and we didn't have any towels or face clothes in the bathroom. I gave the toilet a quick clean and then went down to the front desk to get the linens sorted, we received towels, but apparently there was only one face washer in the whole hotel available . . . begs the question what else in the room was dirty / not cleaned properly. Not exactly what I would expect from a 5-star hotel in an executive room at $450+ a night!

Looking forward to the next stay already!

An overnight stay to rest after the Chris Issak concert at the State Theatre. A stylish hotel without being pretentious, very comfortable and well appointed. The hotel's location is perfect to explore the city, either by walking or public transportation - the QVB Light Rail stop is very near the hotel. Already looking forward to our next stay!

We enjoyed a lovely week staying at the Swissotel. It's in a wonderful location. Light rail 2 min walk, catch to Circular Quay or to opposite direction to Randwick, then catch a 5 min bus ride to Coogee. All the shops nearby and within easy walking distance to Barangaroo. The foyer is well presented and welcoming, lovely spot for an afternoon coffee or a drink at the bar. The room was clean, and the buffet and pool was a hit with the kids! Would definitely recommend.

We're glad to hear you had a wonderful week at Swissotel Sydney! It sounds like you made the most of our convenient location, hopping on the light rail to explore all the hotspots. Our foyer is indeed the perfect spot for a relaxing coffee or a cheeky drink at the bar—just the thing after a day of adventure! We're glad the buffet and pool got the stamp of approval from the little ones. Next time you're back, be sure to check out our afternoon tea at Arches Bar — it's a treat not to be missed!
