清掃担当の人は気持ちいい挨拶をしてくれて良かったが、今問題になっている清掃が気になりマグカップを使う気にならなかった。 日本語で対応出来る人がいなかったので残念です。

広い部屋で大変気持ちよく宿泊できました。朝食後に部屋に戻った時、カードでドアが開かなかった。ドアがちゃんと閉まっていなかったのが原因だったが、開けることもできなかった。ドアがちゃんと閉まるように調整をお願いします。

いつも利用していたが、今回から朝食が別料金になった。割高に感じる。

About the breakfast not including in your room package during this stay, I've checked with our Front Office Manager, due to our hotel brand merged with AccorHotel Management Company, and start the new membership program from July of this year. And your membership level benefit in FRS was included breakfast, but in the new membership program wasn't. And after the discussion by hotel management group and thank you for old members loyalty, we've marked down in your in house profile, we will provide the complimentary breakfast as your membership benefit from next booking. いつも利用してますが、特に変わったとか問題が有ったという点はありません。毎回、早朝のチェックアウトをしてますが、以前は軽食(パン)などのテイクアウトできることがありましたが無くなり残念です。

一人でビジネスで利用。今回の部屋はバスタブが窓側では無かったのが残念。最初の部屋から次の部屋までの通路が狭い。寝室に窓が少なかった。

佛山には何回か訪問していますが、Swissotelは初めての宿泊でした。スタッフの対応や施設の充実度も満足できるものでした。何よりも嬉しかったのはシャワールームとバスタブが独立して設置してある事でした。

1階〜36階間の移動エレベーターの待ち時間が非常に長い。湯沸しポットが壊れていたが、フロントに連絡、交換対応は非常に良かった。
