Living facility quite ok. Well located and easy to reach old town or railway station. Rooms equipped very well as for the price. All of impressions unfortunately quickly destroyed by hotel restaurant with prices at level of 4 star hotel but quality less than 1. Definitely kitchen is something which is big mistake and people working there shall have minimum cooking experience. Examples - carbonara without a bekon, fried vegetables almost completely fresh, soup with hard to bite mushrooms etc. Instead of that experience it is worth to visit restaurants nearby.

Hotel is a mile or so from the centre of Wrocław. They provide filtered water in the lift lobby’s and a carafe to use in your room. There is a basic fridge in the room along with a kettle. The bed was big but lumpy. The room was very warm, but check the thermostats on the radiator and room temperature. There is a tram stop 100yards away from the hotel. One stop away is ALDIs if you need anything, you can walk it as it is only 0.4 miles away. Oh I found a half eaten cheese roll under the bed, not sure how often house keeping look under the bed?

Such a hearwarm welcome, that I have received from Ola Wr. from front office is something that is seldomly found in any hotel. I felt like I came to somebody elses home. Very warm, professional, well equipped place, top notch service, tidy and clean. 10/10.

The hotel is ver close to city center which can be reached with a 15 min walk. Very clean, Novotel rooms standard good quality, very good breakfast choice. Tv and wifi both perfect. Free parking available very near the hotel if necessary.

Nice location but noisy rooms

The hotel is located next to the large Wroclaw city centre and close to the main train and bus station (about 10 minutes walk). The only disadvantage is the poor soundproofing so if the room is located to the main railway, the noise from trains and trams is very annoying. Also because of the price strategy, the hotel is full and it is often hard for the personell to handle it.
