I come to Pullman Suzhou Zhonghai every time when I have to be in town. The location is very good, the service and comfort excellent. For this stay I would like to specially thank Jim from the concierge team who was helping me out.

Very good trip and lucky to enjoy a good hotel. I originally planned 3 days and extended one more day stay to enjoy the food and good service. Executive lounge is perfect for Accor members. Special appreciation to Miss Sydney provide high quality service including find my phone and made a good milk tea for me. Highly recommended to Accor members for this Hotel and the executive lounge. I've never thought about getting involved in Accor royalty membership project, but after this stay maybe I'm gonna change my mind. My boyfriend came to visit me these days. Since I'm based in Xiangcheng district, he chose this hotel to stay. And it turns out to be AMAZING! At the time we checked in, Koki and Harry offered an upgrade for us, the room we actually stayed is really nice and deluxe. Thanks to these friendly staffs! If there has to be a shortcoming, I would say it is that this hotel seemed to be those that usually host large confrences. At the peak time waiting for elevators can be annoying -- even they are equipped with five or six high-speed lifts!

We had a two night stay in Suzhou just before the National Day Golden Week. The Pullman is a new hotel, only 2 years old and the rooms have all of the comforts of an up to date hotel. Very spacious and a terrific layout. We were lucky to have a corner room on the Club floors. Check-in was smooth and welcoming and we were very pleased with the service from Zoey. And the afternoon tea and cocktail hour in the lounge on the 24F was very relaxing. Olivia and Grace made us feel very special.

We stayed in the Pullman Zhonghui for 2 nights over Christmas. It is without a doubt the best hotel that I have stayed in whilst living in China. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The service was excellent and speaking English was not an issue. The location is not in the centre of Suzhou, however getting a didi (taxi) is not a problem and all tourist sites are within reasonable taxi distance. I would strongly recommend this hotel if coming to stay in Suzhou.
